The project included leveling the floor for tile, plumbing for the new bathroom, drywall ( we requested 5/8 drywall instead of 1/2 ), installing new electrical sub panel due to car charger that was installed in garage at the same time, taking on changes from me that you can only determine after seeing the project come to life (thanks for the additional light at the bottom of the stairs Helton!) carpet including the tile transitions, we are not easy homeowners to work with, demanded a high quality product and Premier Nests and their team delivered!”
